Training course on Social Skills.

The training course “Social Skills as a tool for Creative Learning” was designed to inspire, challenge, and equip participants with competences necessary for a future career in youth work. The sessions included an introduction to youth work which provided a perspective on the challenges the youth workers may face in their work. Moreover, it focused on the development of social skills. The training offered an interactive environment where participants were encouraged to discuss, learn, develop new skills, explore possibilities and ideas for future activities and projects with and for youngsters. The non-formal education methods included a mixture of group activities, discussion and presentations, brainstorming, role plays, energisers, icebreakers which offers a non formal way of learning.
