Training course on Leadership Skills.

The main purpose of the training was to provide participants with leadership skills to work effectively with young people and for young people.

The training methods were based on the principles of non-formal education and outdoor training methodology (games, simulations, role plays, outdoor activities, activities in the city). The methods involved the participants at different levels of cooperation in a group and pairs). The methodology required good cooperation, coordination, good and clear communication, concentration and healthy rivalry.

The participants took part in exercises that fostered the spirit of cooperation and were prepared to delegate tasks, motivate others and assess the results of group work. 24 participants attended the training.
