Strategic Partnership on Migrant Integration
EXEMPLAR will create educational material for adult educators who wish to support young migrants in becoming Integration Leaders within their communities. The strategic partnership project “Exemplar – Young Migrant Integration Leaders” is implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ Adult Education programme. The subject of the project is building the necessary bridging capital between host and migrant communities; and between native and migrant communities.
The project aims to create an in-service training for front-line adult and community education staff and those working in migrant support organisations to build their capacity to deliver bespoke integration training programmes. It also aspires to produce an Integration Leaders curriculum and a toolbox of resources for young members of the migrant communities living in partner countries to harness their potential as peer integration leaders within their community.
The project is developed by seven partners: Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. – Coordinator (Germany), The Rural Hub (Ireland), ALIANCE LEKTORŮ a KONZULTANTŮ (Czech Republic), Hub Karelia Oy (Finland), Auxilium (Austria), SEAL Cyprus (Cyprus), and INNEO (Poland).
