Destination Quality

Training course in Project Management.
Szczecin, Poland.

The project concentrated on high quality in management and teamwork. We wanted to convey the knowledge and experience of 22 participants representing 11 partner organisations. We have tackled issues related to planning and concept development; effective team communication; leadership; roles within the group; management of time and resources; evaluation work and achievements; team building; aspects of intercultural projects.

During the training, we have worked with methods based on the principles of non-formal education and learning by experience. The training has been carried out by the process – participants gradually have expanded their knowledge and skills.

Participants have learnt and practised the number of processes that simulate different aspects of the management and organisational work and have dealt with the problems they faced. After the training participants can organise their knowledge about team management, time, resources, better examine their organizational capacity and know how to use it. Long-term benefits include ways to strengthen the way how people deal with tasks and efficiency in operational work.

An important aspect of the project was also the suitability of the acquired skills in partner organisations; the skills derived from training can be applied in organisations and successfully used in working with youth or in international projects.
