The project DARE, which started in April 2019, offered Job Labs and Entrepreneurship Labs to help 1,400 young people find work or continue their education. The project also created a system for validating non-formal learning using Open Badges. The interventions took place in Cyprus, Italy, Greece and Portugal and encompassed the transfer of good practices from Austria, Lithuania, and Poland.

The target groups of the project were:

The target group includes long-term unemployed, discouraged people who have stopped looking for work, inactive women caring for children or incapacitated adults, ethnic minorities including Roma, asylum-seekers, the low-skilled, people with mental health issues and people with disability.

(B) Employees who wished to endorse the Open Badges system for the validation of non-formal learning.

SEAL CYPRUS lead a consortium of 9 organisations from eight countries.
