SEAL CYPRUS is a non-profit organisation located in Nicosia. We support competence development of individuals by offering customised education, training and career resource solutions. We assist capacity building of organisations by offering training in leadership, project management and dissemination strategies.
SEAL CYPRUS is leading a 9-partner consortium in the project “DARE- Day One Alliance for Employment” (2019-2022) funded with 1.2 million Euros from the EEA and Norway Grants/ Fund for Youth Employment. The project will offer Job Labs, Entrepreneurship Labs, and Validation of Learning with Open Badges to 1.400 young NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) in 4 countries; Cyprus, Greece, Italy, and Portugal.

We assist competence development of youth workers, trainers and youth leaders by offering training in fields such as leadership, project management and dissemination strategies.
We are now coordinating two “Strategic Partnerships for Youth”: CURSOR & TRACES. In both projects, we are harnessing the potential of the latest digital technologies.
We are involved in a diverse range of projects coordinated by our distinguished partners. At the same time, we encourage people based in Cyprus to participate in a variety of national, European and international projects and to disseminate the knowledge they gain at the local and the European level.
